
The Saudi National Water Company (NWC) signed three Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) today with leading global and local companies to enhance its digital infrastructure. The agreements aim to implement advanced technologies across customer service, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives to maintain leadership in the water sector.
The agreements were signed on the sidelines of the LEAP 2025 Conference, held from February 9 to 12 in Riyadh. Discussions focused on collaborative opportunities to advance digital transformation and foster technological innovation, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Strategic Partnerships
Representing the Saudi National Water Company at the signing ceremony was Eng. Majid bin Abdulmohsen Al-Juraib, Vice President for Information Technology. Key partners included Riham Al-Mousa, Executive Director of Oracle in Saudi Arabia; Salman Faqih, Cisco’s Managing Director; and Abdullah Khormi, Business Sector Head at Salam.
Oracle Partnership
The first MoU, signed with Oracle, focuses on implementing innovative digital transformation solutions. These include improving customer service systems, leveraging data analytics tools, and deploying artificial intelligence applications to enhance operational efficiency.
Cisco Collaboration
The second MoU was signed with Cisco, a global leader in IT and networking solutions. This partnership aims to strengthen communication network infrastructure, bolster cybersecurity solutions, and develop digital monitoring systems for network management. Cisco will also explore the adoption of AI-powered solutions for NWC’s future operations.
Salam Agreement
The third MoU was inked with Salam, a prominent Saudi telecommunications provider, to support NWC’s digital transformation journey. Salam will deliver advanced internet and communication services, contributing to improved digital performance and customer service development.
